Speaking on Ekosii Sen on Asempa FM, the Member of Parliament for the Hemang Lower Denkyira Constituency in the Central Region and the Deputy Minister for Employment and Labour Relations, Wireko Brobbey, made shocking allegations against the sitting president of Ghana, Nana Addo Danquah Akufo Addo.
The leading member of the New Patriotic party, who was speaking about his relationship with the president, said his relationship with the president was unfriendly and that the president even once nearly pricked his eyes at a funeral they attended because he had been critising him greatly.
in his own words, he said:
“He met me at a funeral, and he nearly pierced my eye with his finger… It was in anger. Because if you remember, I granted an interview to Joy. It was conducted by Evans Mensah. It was later, after the interview, that he met me. If I had not pulled my head back, he would have pierced my eyes with his finger.“
