Afia Schwar has advised young ladies never to date men who struggling financially because they might transfer their “poverty syndrome” over to them.
In a video she shared on her IG page, Afia went on to say that when women save money to buy gifts for their broke lovers, they assume she slept with someone for the money, hence it is very irrational for them to settle for broke guys.
According to Afia Schwar, this profound yet controversial advice of her’s was first given to one of her god daughters who asked her for a piece of relationship advice.
Meanwhile when the actress cum comedienne was caught in bed with another man barely 8months into her marriage by her husband, Mr. Abrokwah, who recorded and subsequently leaked the video of the whole activity.
In the video, Afia can be heard screaming and pleading for forgiveness from her husband
“Abrokwah, I beg you, the loan I took for our wedding hasn’t been paid, I beg you” she pleaded.
Well it appears that she learnt the lesson of not dating a broke guy from her own life experience.
