Kyebi circuit court has remanded the 27 years old woman who was alleged to have beheaded his husband in a village known as My God Village at Tei Glover which is near Akyem Bosuso in Fanteakwa South District in Eastern Region.
The deceased Lartey Daniel, 35, was said to have been butchered by his wife while on his way to the farm after he was said to have had an extra marital affair with another woman.
The accused Rachel Tetteh who was arranged before the court yesterday October 6, 2021, was remanded by the judge after the prosecutor called on him to remand the accused to enable police to complete the investigation which the judge granted.
Court has since been adjourned to October 20, 2021, so as to enable the prosecutor to conduct an in-depth investigation into the matter and present their evidence before the court.
