Members of Ayawaso West Wuogon constituency have assured John Dumelo a spot in parliament ahead of 2020 elections on December 7.
Ghanaian actor turned politician, John Dumelo is up against incumbent NPP MP, Hon. Lydia Alhassan, who has been giving him a hot chase and sleepless nights.
The actor lately moves from door-to-door to campaign and shares his vision with the people within the constituency. He shared a video of an encounter he had with an electorate in the constituency which was sighted by Gossips24.com.
From the video, the lady was heard telling the NDC parliamentary aspirant that he will surely win their votes but Nana Addo will as well be maintained. In essence, electorates in the constituency are ready to change their incumbent MP, however, John Dramani Mahama, the flagbearer of the NDC stands no chance of gaining their votes.
Ayawaso West is a well known NPP stronghold, however, John Dumelo is working so hard to win the hearts of the people and the seat as well.
Should the majority of the people in the constituency vote skirt-and-blouse on December 7, 2020, Mr. Dumelo is likely to beat Hon Lydia Alhassan.
