Clam and order has finally being restored back at Whindo after some residents in the Kwesimintim constituency vowed not to allow the EC officials to set up.
Voting has officially began at King of Kings polling station with heavy security presence.
The presiding officer at the polling station P. K Dadzie, who spoke to the media had this to say at the ordeal they experienced earlier in the morning.
We were supposed to start at 7:00 am this morning but unfortunately, there was a protest by the residents over their road network, and they set fire on the road but thank God, the security personnel and the fire service came in to calm down the situation. But we are on it and by the close of the day we are praying that by the end of the day things will be alright
