Michael Owusu, better known as Sarkodie in showbiz is an award-winning Ghanaian rapper that has gain massive recognition both at home and abroad.
A rather interesting fun fact for all Sark natives and lovers of Sarkodie is that his father, Mr. Augustine Owusu Addi has revealed that he named his son ” Michael” because of his love for Michael Jackson.
According to the father of Sarkodie, his love and affection for the legend and Pop star Michael Jackson was the reason why he chose to name Sarkodie as Michael.
He made this revelation while he was rocking the night away at this year’s Rapperholic concert.
Mr. Augustine Owusu Addo also went to solicit for the favor of God in Sarkodie’s life and wished him a life of prosperity.
