Time is due for the much anticipated award scheme, VGMA 2019 which gives musicians the bragging rights in their various genres.
Ahead of the event which is currently ongoing, the President of Ghana, H.E Nana Akufo-Addo has added his voice to the conversation by sending a congratulatory message to nominees for VGMA 2019.
In a tweet sighted by Gossips24.com, the First gentleman of the land highlighted on how his government has supported the creative arts industry in Ghana immensely.
According to the president, the euphoria around this whole event is a clear manifestation of his government’s good works.
He also congratulated all who made it the nominees list for the 2019 edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards by saying ‘Mo Ne Yo‘, to wit, ‘Well Done‘.
He tweeted; ” The excitement generated by this year’s #VGMA20 is testimony to the amazing talent that we have in the creative arts industry. As I have said before, my government will continue to support the development of the creative arts industry. #MoNeYo to all the nominees. “
