Prolific female Gospel singer, Celestine Donkor has explained why she chose to feature Akwaboah and Efya in her new song, “Yedawase”.
According to the popular female Gospel minister, she decided to put the above-mentioned secular singers on her song because she wanted to unite believers and non- believers.
Speaking in an interview on Cape Coast-based Kastle FM’s Amansan Krakye, Celestine Donkor explained how featuring non-gospel artists can go a long way to bridge the gap between church goers and non-churchgoers.
Many Ghanaians lambasted her for featuring secular singers on her song, hence her explanation.
