Boris Johnson tests positive for coronavirus

Downing St. says Johnson is self-isolating and continuing to lead the country’s response to COVID-19.

He is the latest high profile individual to be affected by the bug that is sweeping the world.

Last week, Prince Charles tested positive for coronavirus, displaying mild symptoms “but otherwise remains in good health”. He and the Duchess of Cornwall, who tested negative, are self-isolating on the Balmoral Estate.
