World-celebrated American playwright, actor, screenwriter, producer, and director, Tyler Perry is the latest global celebrity to join the ongoing #ENDSARS protest in Nigeria which has drawn international attention.
According to Tyler Perry, he will be much grateful if a good samaritan teaches him the meaning of the viral catchphrase “Soro Soke” which was born out of the protest.
Resorting to his Twitter page to inquire of the meaning of “Soro Soke” he tweeted
“What’s the meaning of “Soro Soke”? I want to learn some Nigerian slangs as I join you in this fight. #ENDBADGOVERNANCE #BetterTogether”
