Twene Jonas’ brutal insults on Otumfuo Osei Tutu II has received mixed reactions from Ghanaians – Whiles some Ghanaians most especially Asantes are very angry and ready to tear him apart like hungry scavengers.
Others are also of the strong view that the Asante overlord and his sub-chiefs deserve the insults because they have woefully failed their people.
Recall that about a week ago, after Otumfuo’s viral revelation that most of the government’s appointees are the same people who indulge in this galamsey menace that has now become a national topic.
Twene Jonas dropped a hot video to bastardized Otumfuo Osei Tutu II for playing a vital role in the illegal mining sector because he’s part of the chiefs who sold lands to the Chinese and other illegal miners to destroy our water bodies and lands.
He also expressed his disappointment in Otumfuo for sitting idle whiles our major water bodies are being destroyed.
However, these harsh sentiments from the controversial socail media commentator didn’t go down well with some Ghanaians who share the the opinion that he has crossed boundaries dares this time around.
Amidst this controversy, some Ghanaians also believe that he did well for insulting Otumfuo because he’s indirectly in charge of all the affairs in the Ashanti Region hence he should be put to order if he’s misbehaving or failing to live up to expectation as King.
