A trotro driver has been seen in a video fast making waves on social media as they sprayed Officials of the Public Works Volunteers (PUWOV) who wanted to arrest him with feces.
The mate who is an ex-convict was said to have run away after facing murder accusations but was caught when he broke traffic laws on September 22.
To avoid been arrested the young man removed his trousers and pooped into his hands so he can spray the officials who wanted to arrest him.
