A video making rounds on Twitter shows the chaos currently happening at Circle Mall – Osaba branch where thugs have taken control over the building and area to loot the available items.
According to reports, these hoodlums keep inviting their accomplices to the scene making it difficult for the police to employ a siege tactic.
