As bizzare as it may sound, this incident happened at Nogokpo a town in the Volta Region of Ghana.
According to witnesses, this thief who has been tormenting thier lives for years finally presented himself to the Nogokpo divisional police command to be arrested; after stealing a bag of rice from the shop of a fetish priest.
The bag of rice he stole refused to get off his head after several attempts- so he had to resort to the police for help.
