Film Producer, Socrates Sarfo has thumped star Yvonne Nelson and other Ghanaian celebrities who sort of piling pressure on the President of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to make a remark on the savagenesses in nearby Nigeria that has claimed many lives as a consequence of current demonstrations in the country.
In a fortnight now, Nigerians have boarded on endless street demonstrations against police ruthlessness in the country.
The protest, which began as nonviolent, turned bloody when gunmen and security personnel fired gunshots at the noncombatant protesters.
Although the Nigerian government has discredited claims that some citizens have been killed in the protest, the state in Nigeria has nevertheless drawn the attention of the world.

Ghanaian personalities likeYvonne Nelson, Lydia Forson and Nana Aba Anamoah among others took to their social media handles and named the President to meddle in the Nigerian situation in his role as ECOWAS Chairman and an African leader.
Yvonne Nelson tweeted; ”Our President must show leadership on this matter else he becomes complicit in the senseless killing of innocent and defenseless protesters @NAkufoAddo”.
Socrates Sarfo, conversing on Okay FM’s ”Best Entertainment”, hurled salvoes at Yvonne Nelson and co-celebrities over their tweets to the President.
He questioned the reasoning in particularly Yvonne Nelson’s tweet.
Reacting to why President Akufo-Addo hesitated in publishing an official statement on the Nigerian situation, he stressed any sensible leader doesn’t talk by heart”.
In his opinion, the President as Head of ECOWAS and Ghana doesn’t hop on the bandwagon but moderately takes his time to evaluate things before he makes formal statements.
”There is something called diplomacy. In diplomacy, you don’t talk by heart in public…Presidency, they use common sense. They study the terrain. They sniff. They have people who do all this, who advise.”
