A pregnant woman who was revealed to have gone missing some days ago in Takoradi has had family coming out to reveal that their relative has been kidnapped by some people who are now demanding a ransom.
The lady whose name has been identified as Josephine Panyin Mensah reportedly went missing on Thursday, September 16, 2021, after she decided to go for a normal walk.
According to the new update coming in the pregnant woman has been captured by some kidnappers who are demanding a ransom from the family of the lady before releasing her to the family.
Husband of the lady Paul Simon who reported the incident to the police revealed that the police are currently doing their best to retrieve his wife. The Western Regional Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Olivia Adiku who spoke with reporters revealed that they are doing their best to ascertain the whereabouts of the pregnant woman.
