Multiple award-winning Ghanaian afropop and reggae/dancehall artist, Livingstone Etse Satekla, better known by his stage name Stonebwoy has shared his sad moments and experiences on his journey as a musician.
Hailing from Ashaiman, a town well known for being the heartland of business in West Africa, Ghana, Stonebwoy has grown from not just a mere brand, but into a national asset in the music industry.
Today, the dancehall artist shared with his fans how he became what he is today by acknowledging all who helped him in his musical journey.
From primary school, to Senior High School, we didn’t sight one side of the story being left out, not even his former in-house producer Dakay.

ANSCO in Ashaiman.. Poki Ranking And Odishie (michael Agboteis senior bother) were Our Only predecessors in the Game lol.. Fast Forward This Chubby Class mate in senior high Aka Bolasky Will Swear I’m The Best he’s ever heard And Pushed To Make Sure I Met @sarkodie on one Break Time, Then Dr Duncan Came Through And The Name Stonebwoy Was born.. I remember Samuel Nyamalor My Back Up Singer And Gada Gladstone (RIP) the Hype Man who Never Sings A Word. I remember Shikome which means( One Time ) This funny Guy Will drag me in to take on rap battles,Just let him hear of one happening anywhere on campus.. I remember king jay Had a recording studio in his mums room where we recorded in lebanon zone 2.. later on Skello Bwoy ( RIP) who made a remix of a mixtape I made off @duttypaulSexy lady.. I remember Snooky He spoke the best patois and a great singer it was as if jah cure live in ashaiman he was like a mentor to me.. DXD, Gideon,coins,Dizzy.. sirbomski was Dr Dre lol.. I remember akonfem was the biggest hip life artiste out of ashaiman To Pave The Way.. he Recorded some songs for me.. )denkyem (crocodile) Now @callmenazareth Kwahiata The viper and likes of Sariki had the hardest Rap lines.. Dakay aka darkness Was a Dancer Turned Producer/Sound Engineer Now. Shatta BHIM / Azo / Teddy aka corporate Badman Had his hairline intact those days lol My Area Gang will Be there To Embark on moves when I called,SHS graduates.. They played manager roles when the need arises upon my direction lol.. Atto Mills,Senior Man Will Hook Me Up On some Few Cedis To Keep Going.. I Remember Quick Action I never Forget that Lime Green RLG Polo shirt.. It Looked New Every time I Rocked it for a show.. the story continues!
