Gossip Mongers, perhaps you heard or read somewhere that Sarkodie has gifted renowned music mogul, Mark Okraku Mantey, 500 pounds – GHC 3,600 from a stingy person like Sarkodie!

Well, we all felt Sark was finally getting away with the stingy tag and making way for some act of generousity after Mark’s words were twinned by some Sark-lovers.

Gossips24.com has finally learnt the truth behind the 500 pounds gift.

Apparently, Mark Okraku Mantey contributed to Sarkodie’s “Party N Bullshit” which was one of the hit singles off the Black Love Album, as a producer. It is for this reason that Mark got his cut from the proceeds from the hit jam.

According to the rapper, “the system paid” Mark, not him, he “just had to make sure who ever contributed gets their share”, simply put, the cash captured on numerous blogs as a gift from Sarkodie to Mark Okraku Mantey, was rather money paid for work done!

Sark said, “Erm the system paid not me I just had to make sure who ever contributed gets their share . If he’s in the system ( which I’m guessing he is ) , he will def get paid”, whiles reacting to one report that claimed he had gifted Okraku the cash.
