Bishop Dag Heward-Mills of the Lighthouse Chapel International who is also the founder of the Anagkazo Bible and Ministry Training Center; Has advised the youths who spend all their monies on sports betting to quit.
According to the man of God, sports betting becomes dangerous when it finally becomes an addiction because it ruins one’s finances.
He recounted how sports betting rendered him penniless during his youthful days. He said;
…When I was younger, I used to go to the horse races… and you’d see them coming, sometimes fifteen of them and those of us who were betting, you choose one and you bet on that one. I hear students have been betting? Look, If you want to be poor, continue betting
