The Ghana Armed forces is gradually making a bad name for itself due to the unprofessional actions of the bad nuts in the security institutions.
After shooting at unarmed protestors in Ejura some few days ago, a new disheartening video that has landed on the internet shows how some men in uniform were roaming in the streets of Wa and beating anyone they came across with huge sticks.
According to an eyewitness of the condemnable incident, one of the soldiers is said to have lost left his phone in a tricycle he boarded.
And after the attempts to get his phone back proved futile, he mobilised a couple of his colleagues to stage a Rambo action in the capital of the Upper West Region (Wa).
The incident is said to have started at 1:00 pm and lasted for close to an hour at the Wa main traffic.
Several of the victims are said to have sustained various degrees of injury form the brutalities of the soldiers.
Unfortunately, a 29-year-old vulcanizer who was a victim of the animal behaviour from the soldiers is suspected to have developed a fracture in his right thigh during the assault.
Mr Cletus Awuni who happens to be the the Public Relations Officer of the Upper West Regional Coordinating Council, was also beaten and has given an account of the whole incident during an interview with Citi FM.
