Songstress – Sista Afia has waded in her thoughts about the comparison between AMG Medikal and the undisputed Ghanaian rap heavyweight Sarkodie by music critics both on the print and digital media.
According to Sista Afia, it is unacceptable and gross disrespect to compare a lad like Medikal to Sarkodie because the latter’s consistency is legendary making him peerless in the local music industry.
Whiles speaking on one of the Accra based radio station(s), the “Kro Kro No” hitmaker also stated that she is very much aware of the high level of respect Medikal has for Sarkodie.
In her own words;
You cannot compare Sarkodie to my brother Medikal even though Medikal is good. Sarkodie has already been there before him. And he even gives him that respect. Sarkodie is the best rapper in Ghana.
However, these comments from Siata Afia have been thrown under the bus by the die hard fans of Medikal who still insist that their music icon is far better than Sarkodie as far as music is concerned.
