Contrary to the romours which is circulating on various social media platforms purporting that; late Sir John died of COVID 19, his blood brother who spoke with Kasapa 102.5 FM with Bonohene Baffuor Awuah has denied such claims.
According to the brother, Sir John’s family is not aware of what actually killed their relative . He stated that the family do not if he died of the novel coronavirus or not.
He stressed and condemned the speculations going around that his brother died of the pandemic coronavirus. He advised that various speculations about what killed their beloved relative must cease until President Akufo Addo issues a press release on the distressing news.
In his own words on Kasapa FM monitored by a reporter at Gossips24.com, the sad and angry brother said;
He’s a government official and so if the government has not spoken about what killed him any other rumours you’re hearing cannot be confirmed for now. Let’s wait for Akufo Addo to speak on Sir John’s Coronavirus status. When the MCE of Takoradi died of COVID-19, President Akufo Addo publicly commented on it during one of his national broadcast. So if indeed Sir John died from COVID-19 the President will pronounce on it. So the speculations about what killed him must stop.
