Ghanaian dancehall artiste Charles Nii Armah Mensah popularly known as Shatta Wale who was arrested along with three other accomplishes after they were said to have staged a fake shooting after a man of God prophesied his death.
Shatta Wale along with his three friends were said to have been arrested about a month ago and were remanded into the Ankaful prison for a week which followed with a self-recognition bail for Shatta Wale and a bail fine of GH100,000 bail each on Tuesday, October 26, 2021.
The case of Shatta wale was then scheduled to reappear in court tomorrow, Tuesday, November 9, 2021 for the next hearing of their case.
In other news hip hop artist Samuel Frimpong, also known as Medikal who was also arrested and remanded to the Ankaful prison for five days for brandishing a gun on social media.
Medikal was also granted bail of GH100,000 by the court with one surety and told to appear before the court again tomorrow November 9, 2021.
