Ghanaian social media sensation, Iddrisu Firdaus, popularly known as Shatta Bandle has lost his first award at the 2019 Starzz Awards.
The announcement for the 2019 edition of Starzz Awards was made a month ago on Galaxy Tv channels on DStv, GOtv and on Starzz Awards social media platform respectively.

Ghana’s very own Shatta Bandle was nominated alongside 2019 BBNaija stars Mercy Eke and her rival, Tacha in the Emerging Celebrity category.
However, Bandle and Mercy lost to Tacha as she was announced the winner on the eve of the event.
The nominees list was a very competitive one, as we saw the most notable stars/brands battle it out in all 27 categories.
The winners were determined by the general public as fans voted for their preferred winners in selected categories.
