Ghana’s celebrated and most talked about Dancehall king, Charles Nii Armah Mensah, known on stage as Shatta Wale has revealed that he recorded sensible and good songs back in the days but they didn’t hit.
Over the years, many have characterized and branded Shatta Wale as an artiste who is less likely to make any sensible song.
Flashback to songs like ‘Kpuu Kpaa’, ‘Wo Maame Tw3’, ‘Cocoa Season’ and others which have heavily come under criticism for not being good songs.
Well, Shatta has explained his reason for towing that lane.
According to Wale, he has in the past been singing and producing over 20,000 good/ sensible songs but all didn’t hit as Ghanaians seem not to have liked that trend.
