The ex girlfriend of AMG Medikal took the whole of twitter by surprise when she mentioned Medikal’s name in a post.

This whole ‘Who’s the best rapper‘ thing started when Kwesi Arthur, Medikal and M.anifest went on Tim Westwood’s show and showed the world what they’re made of.
After Medikal’s session his freestyle went viral and people started tagging him as the best rapper in Ghana at the moment, so it’s not surprising Sister Derby also tagged him as such.
However sister Derby own has attracted both positive and negative comments on Twitter.
Some believe she’s showing a sign of maturity, whiles others believe she still got feelings for her ex lover.
