Ghanaian rapper, Sarkodie flew the flag of Ghana higher when he took the stage during a virtual concert being organised by the African Union (AU) to commemorate the day.
The Virtual Music Concert was organised to raise funds for Africa’s COVID-19 Response and it commenced from 4 pm West African Time; 3 pm Central African Time, and 6 pm East African Time.

The concert was hosted by British-Congolese comedian, actor, and philanthropist; Eddie Kadi, Nigerian singer, and songwriter; Chidinma and Cameroonian television host and entrepreneur; Pamela Happi
Sarkodie performed his ‘Anadwo’ song featuring King Promise and ‘Pain Killer’ also featuring Runtown.
Right after his performance, Sarkodie delivered a deep message to all Africans hit by the COVID-19 pandemic.
