Ex – Doe born Richard Kwasi Siaw Afrofi is a veteran Ghanaian Hiplife musician and one of the few people who championed for the rise of the Hiplife genre in the Ghana music industry. He started his music career with a group called ‘Traditional Rulers’ before going solo.
The name Ex – Doe rings memory of the most popluar Ewe hit song “Daavi Mede Kuku” released in 1996 which he employed Chicago on the piece.
Although he’s an Akan, he’s also knwon for his effortlessly command on the Ewe language he weaved it with twi in most of his songs
Speaking on one of the Accra based radio stations this morning, the veteran musicain lamented on how bad Sarkodie has treated him after giving him a helping hand some time ago
