Ghanaian rapper, Sarkodie – Has joined the already moving #freeAkuapemPoloo train which gained feather after the mother of one got convicted by the Accra Circuit Court yesterday.
Although, a section of Ghanaians are currently jubilating that the weak system we have always complained about is now working as we demanded as we should allow the judiciary to do its work as expected of them.
However, a couple of celebs including DKB, Ama K Abeberese, Bridget Otoo et al have condemned the court’s decision of convicting the mother of one.
Well, according to King Sark, it’s obvious that Akuapem Poloo exhibited a bottom barrel behaviour but the judges should be lenient with her wit their final judgement.
As suggested by the BET awardee in a tweet he shared on the bird app, it would be very harsh and inhumane on the part of the court to jail Akuapem Poloo and separate her from her only son over this trivial issue.
He wrote;
