Multiple-award winning Ghanaian rapper, Sarkodie has blasted the national communications director of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Sammy Gyamfi over comment on George Floyd’s death.

Sammy Gyamfi got himself into big trouble after he shared a cartoon of President Nana Akufo-Addo and Electoral Commissioner, Mrs Jean Mensa suffocating a Ghanaian with the caption “I can’t breathe”, depicting and recalling the sad circumstance which led to George Floyd’s death.

Per what Ghanaians deduced from his tweet, Sammy Gyamfi implied that Akufo-Addo and the Electoral Commissioner are suffocating Ghanaians to death with the impending new Voters Register.

Reacting to Sammy Gyamfi infamous comment, the two times BET award winner asked him to retract and pull down his tweet.

He wrote; Naa my brother we all go wrong sometimes… I will believe your intention wasn’t to joke with these serious n very sensitive issues, but you still wrong just do what’s right…. retract n take it down
