Sammy Gyamfi who is the Communications Officer of the opposition party National Democratic Congress (NDC) has once again condemned Nana Addo for borrowing excessively,
According to the NDC zealot, the current government has failed Ghanaians by borrowing without a head.
In his submissions, he also stated that President Akudfo-Addo during his time in opposition promised to protect the public purse and cut down on borrowing but has done the opposite after becoming President of Ghana.
Whiles speaking to a section of NDC students, Sammy Gyamfi said Akufo-Addo has ballooned Ghana’s debts to the extent that each individual owes when this money is divided amongst citizens, GHS10,000.
He further noted that Akufo-Addo has not served Ghanaians well by going contrary to his words and borrowing more than any President has done in the history of Ghana’s politics.
