Telecommunication Giant, MTN Ghana is demanding an immediate apology from Ghanaian actress, Salma Mumin for throwing dust into the eyes of her followers and Ghanaians at large.
Yesterday whiles the world was busy discussing #LekkiMassacre and the killings in Nigeria, Salma Mumin took to her instagram page to accuse MTN of doing the impossible.
Salma asserted in an instagram post that MTN had permitted a transaction she had not approved off leading to her sudden loss of 10,000ghc.
According the lying tongue – Salma – in an instagram post, she said MTN promised it’s customers no one can withdraw a penny from your account without the account bearer’s concern, however, someway somehow, she experience the opposite. She told the world “MTN IS NOT SAFE ANYMORE” – a red-alert statement that could cost MTN thousands of customers.
Fast-forward, Salma took to her Instagram page again to announce that MTN Ghana has resolved the issue as she thanked them for their swift response and the concern of her followers at large.
Well, MTN has countered Salma’s claims with their own facts! – they revealed a whole Salma, never had the said amount she mentioned in her account neither was any amount taken from her MoMo Merchant Wallet as claimed.
In a rejoinder issued on October 23, 2020, MTN said Salma was engaged on the false info she had shared on her TL thus leading to the apparent deletion of the said post.
They demanded an immediate apology from Salma Mumin within 24 hours. She’s been asked to state in her apology that she lied to the world and her claims were false – failure to do so may land her in court.
