Sometimes wondering when the country Ghana is going to get better is a personal worry and the ongoing nonsense at Ridge Hospital worsens it all.
As we all know, every hospital has a waiting area inside it where visitors of patients normally sit and wait to see how their friends, relatives, or loved ones are doing when its time for visiting.
Well, annoyingly, the case at the ultramodern health facility in Accra, Ridge Hospital is quite different from what we all know.
In a video shared by one Adwenkese Malopia on Facebook, who is a victim of what happens at the Ridge Hospital, people are driven out of the waiting lounge and made to wait outside in the sun.
Apparently, he explains that, though there are chairs in the waiting lounge, visitors are not allowed to sit on them and are alway driven outside. In the video, he explains that these visitors of patients are often asked to stand beneath a shade right in front of the waiting room, however, security officers around also drive them away because of an order from above.
Explaining further, he said the order from above prevents visitors also from sitting or waiting under the shade hence the only solution is standing under the hot sun whiles they wait for their turn.
Again from the video, one could see these visitors were seen stranded with the tired ones sitting on pavements at the hospital and other places.
