This calamitous incident happened in one of the states of Nigeria. Residents went berserk on electricity officials who tried to disconnect thier electricity for owing the electricity tarrif bills.
The residents who were not happy with the decisions of these officials decided to physically abuse them – to deter thier intended actions from manifesting.
