The president of the Republic of Ghana his excellency John Dramani Mahama has released a list of newly appointed ambassadors.
The letter which was signed by the secretary to the president Callistus Mahama Phd revealed that the said ambassadors and commissioners are to start work with immediate effect.
Addressing the letter to the ministry of foreign affairs he wrote saying;
“
I write to inform you that the President of the Republic, following consultation with the Council of State, has nominated the following individuals as Ambassadors and High Commissioners designates:
- The President has also directed that Mr. Benedict Batabe Assorow should replace Mrs.
Satirieh Dorcas Ocran as the Ambassador-designate to the Vatican City State. - Kindly take the necessary steps to facilitate the appointment process for the nominees listed above.
