Undoubtedly, the topic on the lips of Ghanaians is the recorded cases of deadly coronavirus.
Ghana has so far recorded six (6) cases of the novel coronavirus. The Director of Public Health at the Ghana Health Service has confirmed four more cases of the deadly coronavirus in the country.
At a press conference on Sunday to announce the new developments, Dr Badu Sarkodie said these new cases like the previous two were imported into the country.
Just yesterday, the third and fourth cases were both recorded. The third case is a female student who traveled to America and Turkey to study.
The fourth case involves a miner who flew to the country and traveled by air to Obuasi.
And in the line of the outbreak, the government of Ghana has declared a one-month suspension on all outdoor events in the country.
Kumawood actor known for his role on the TV screens being a ‘Fetish Priest’ professionally called Okomfo Kolege has made a hilarious comment about the coronavirus.
In a Facebook post Gossips24.com sighted, he stated that President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has charged him to purify the country against the deadly disease.
He wrote; “As the official Nations priest, the president has tasked me to purify the land against the Coronavirus. With Mmotia Onell Paa Kwasi and a Fru telle drink, i will be successful. Wish me well as I dismantle this pandemic with my gods and dwarfs. I am whatsapping them now.Your co citizen Digital okomfo aka okomfo guy guy”.
