Current news on the streets has it that Anita Okoye has filed for divorce from Nigerian artist Paul Okoye nicknamed Rude Boy.
According to a partially redacted court document that surfaced and went popular on social media platforms yesterday, Anita requested the dissolution of her marriage with Paul.
Anita stated “irreconcilable difference” as her explanation in a petition filed in the Federal Capital Territory’s High Court, and asked her husband to dispute it if he was unhappy.
It can be recalled that last April when Anita moved to the United States with their three children, some media outlets reported that the celebrity marriage has collapsed.
However, according to an insider who seems to be privy to exclusive information about the love birds, the divorce rumours should be treated as lies because there isn’t an iota of truth in the brouhaha.
The anonymous informant also alleged in a fast trending screenshot that Anita only relocated to America to further her education and nothing more nothing less.
