Fast-rising Nothern-based artiste, Solomon Sanja, mononymously known as OBY – Old But Young – has hinted on taking Northern music worldwide, a feat Fancy Gadam and Maccasio couldn’t achieve.
The musician who hails from Saboba in the Northern Region has revealed his intentions to project Northern music farther than his predecessors, Fancy Gadam and Maccasio.

In a chit-chat with Gossips24.com, OBY said though Fancy Gadam and Maccasio are well known in the music industry, he believes he is overly talented than the aforementioned musicians who have won very few awards in Ghana.
According to OBY, local glories are on sight, however, he sees himself as the first Northern-based musician who will take Northern music to the BETs and Grammy’s.
He also announced the release of his upcoming single with the former OGB music signee, Fameye, dubbed “Try Your Best”. He expressed his optimism ahead of the release of the single as he claimed it will definitely win some honors.
From all indications, ‘Try Your Best’ will be a banger in Ghana as it features two promising acts.
