The Ghana Registered Nurses and Midwives Association (GRNMA) has suspended its strike, Gossips24.com can authoritatively report.
The move, according to Association, is to allow negotiations for demands to continue. This was disclosed at a press conference on Wednesday, September 23.
This comes shortly after an Accra High Court on Tuesday, September 22 issued a substituted service to be given the members of the GRNMA over their strike action.
The Court said the injunction notice should be published by three media houses, notices posted on the gates of the GRNMA office or copies should be left with the security guards.
Registered Nurses and Midwives commended their strike, Monday, September 21, demanding better conditions of service.
