News information coming in from North Korea has revealed that a new law set for it citizens has called for everyone not to laugh or express any form of happiness for 11 days.
The new law comes as they mark the 10th anniversary of the passing and demise of their once leader Kim Jong Il’s d£ath many years ago.
According to reports, the government has asked that many other things like drinking and dancing should also be stopped for just the 11 days after which people can get back to their normal lives.
Kim Jong Il ruled North Korea from 1994 until his d£ath in 2011when he suffered a heart attack after ruling for over 17 years.
The death of Kim Jong Il led to his son Kim Jong Il succeeding him as the head dictator of North Korea.
