Everyone has a preference when it comes to women they deem fit as marriage materials. Some men may prefer women with higher education while others will want to settle down with a lady with lesser educational background simply to prevent “shoulder-rubbing” in the marriage.
A renowned Nigerian legal practitioner by the name of Arinze Amobi took to so social media to describe the type of woman he will want to settle down with.
According to the lawyer, he will rather marry a respectful and humble illiterate rather than spend a day of his life with an educated woman who is disrespectful.
We don’t know the rationale behind his statement but it definitely has to be the usual reason that women who are educated do not respect their husbands.
It looks Lawyer Arinze Amobi is one of those men who are intimidated by the success of women.
In his post on Facebook he wrote:
” As a man, I will much rather marry and spend my life with a teachable, submissive and respectful illiterate than spend a day with a disrespectful literate woman. Most sincere men will agree with me on this”.
