Nigerian actor, Joseph Okechukwu applauds Akufo-Addo for lifting lockdown

Popular Nigerian actor, Joseph Okechukwu has applauded President Akufo-Addo for lifting a three-week lockdown imposed on Accra, Tema, Kasoa, and Kumasi.

In the video available to Gossips24.com, Joseph Okechukwu speaking on his video podcast dubbed ‘2 Cents with J.O. stated categorically that the decision made by Akufo-Addo is the best ever.

He further urged Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari to adopt measures laid by Akufo-Addo in fighting the novel coronavirus.

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo in his 7th address to the nation, lifted a three-week lockdown on Accra, Tema, Kasoa, Tema and Kumasi.

Restrictions on social gatherings including, religious activities, funerals, weddings, clubs, and beaches among others are still in force.
