The largest opposition party to compete against the ruling NPP party in this year’s presidential race, NDC, has sworn to drag both the EC and NPP to court if they fail to emerge as the victors after the EC’s official and final declaration.
According to officials of the party, they have had the knowledge beforehand that the EC together with the NPP are in bed and are doing their possible best to rig the final results of the presidential polls.
Speaking with Angel FM, lead members of the party, Felix Ofosu Kwakye and Sammy Gyamfi categorically stated that; should incase the EC fails to award them their victory at 5 PM, then, they would be left with no better option than to resort to the lawcourt to claim their victory.
