Lead-members of the National Democratic Party, NDC, have asserted that NPP has hired some hoodlums to stuff ballot boxes with ballot papers which have been thumb-printed and later turn around to accuse them of such development.
They further went on to profess that, this evil exercise is currently ongoing in the Ashanti, Volta, Northern, Upper East, and Upper West Regions.
