MTN Ghana ordered by NCA to compensate all customers affected by high data charges

Following complaints of high prices of communication charges by MTN Ghana, MTN Ghana has been charged to compensate all customers.

It will be recalled that few days ago, data charges for communication by telecommunication network MTN Ghana saw a spike in prices and customers lamented bitterly about the condition.

Gossips24.com has laid fingers on a new statement by the National Communications Authority (NCA) telling MTN Ghana to compensate their customers over their high data charges in recent times.

The statement dated 3rd December 2019 also indicates that during this period, MTN Ghana disabled their customer care line which made it impossible for customers to contact them to lodge their complaints.

This is also another breach they must fix immediately.
