Depression is a mental health issue that is underrated and not mostly talked about in this part of the world. However most people suffer from depression and are inwardly unhappy but pretend to be on social media.
Actress and social media personality Vicky Zugah has touched on the delicate issue of depression on her Instagram sighted by GhBase.Com.
According to Vicky, a lot of people are down with depression in this country even though what they post on social media do not reflect it.
She said many people may pretend to be happy on social media but inwardly are dyeing slowly.
Therefore no one should be quick to point fingers at anybody because of what they post she added.
Vicky however encouraged anybody suffering from depression to picture it as just a hurdle that needs to be jumped over.
