Black Stars and Chelsea legend, Michael Essien and Asamoah Gyan (General captain of Black Stars) have joined forces in a live conversation to roast some Ghanaian celebs.
Michael Essien and Asamoah Gyan engaged in an instagram live conversation where they both discussed the trending Meet and Greet brouhaha.
Their conversation is a reaction to the fact that some Ghanaian celebs unlike their Nigerian counterparts, carried their belongings on Sunday morning to meet and greet Cardi B at the Kempinski hotel but they were ignored and delayed.
The celebrities included Moesha, Afia Schwarzenegger, Efia Odo, Akuapem Poloo, and Sandra Ankobiah, among others.
Gyan in his live video allowed others (his fans and other celebrity friends) to call in and speak their mind on who a real celebrity is.
One of the people who called in was Former Blackstars player, Michael Essien.
In his submission, he said being a celebrity in Ghana has now become very cheap. So much so that everyone at all can wake up. Take phone, record a video full of fooling and once they accrue some few followers, they tend to call themselves celebrities.
In other words, Michael is insinuating all these ladies got embarrassed because they are not worth being celebs because we have made that status cheap in Ghana.
