Award-winning Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe has slammed Yomi Fabiyi over his controversial new film, accusing him of focusing the storyline on Baba Ijesha’s rape scandal and attempting to make it appear as though the minor was having an affair with Baba Ijesha.
Mercy Aigbe, who revealed that she spoke with Yomi Fabiyi about the upcoming film further alleged that she told him that he’s a disgrace.
The actress also said that a sequence from the film is “insensitive, absolutely unpleasant, and repulsive,” reprimanding him of making a joke of someone’s sorrow.
