The electronic exchange between Deputy Commissioner of Police Abba Kyari and infamous Nigerian fraudster Hushpuppi has been released by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Investigations have provided beyond any reasonable doubt in an affidavit issued before the United States District Court that DCP Abba Kyari is an accomplice of Hushpuppi known in real life as Ramon Abbas which he helped the scammer to jail his competitor from rattling him to his victim which enabled him to carry out the successful scheme.
Andrew John Innocent, Special Agent with the FBI revealed that DCP Abba Kyari ignore his duties in Nigeria in 2019 to join Hushpuppi in the United Arab Emirates to enjoy a good time who was at that time living at Palazzo Versace in the Emirati commercial capital
