The Sefwi Wiawso branch of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has officially written to Mr Martin Bonye of forfeiting his membership for breaching the article 3(9) of the NPP constitution.
Martin Bonye contested as Independent Parliamentary Aspirant in the just-ended polls in the Sefwi Wiawso Constituency.
A portion of the statement read; “The party hereby brings to our attention that your decision to as Independent candidate is a breach of very provision which frowns upon what you did in the just-ended elections and therefore tantamount to forfeiture of your membership,”
